If I could give ZERO stars I would. My daughter was seen for a low grade temp. She had had an ear infection a couple of weeks ago and I figured it didn't clear up. I took her in to be seen and the NP checked her ears and she told me that she couldn't tell if it was an ear infection because she couldn't see the ear drum. She did not check anything else and sent us on our way. By that evening, my 3 year old was running a 102 temp and miserable. I took her to Urgent Care the next morning and she was diagnosed with Strep Throat.... read more
