Kind of a gross location. No paper on the bed. No one washed or sanitized their hands before doing test on me or at any point when they came in the room. Came in to test me, didn’t tell me what they were testing for. Very minimal communication. The location on 3rd street and ward rd compared to this one is night and day. I will go back to the other location in the future. This one is not representative of a St Lukes establishment.
My husband visited this clinic 5/31/25 It was not clean!! Very trifling Not an example of a saint Luke’s facility!
My experience was a 10/10. From the time of my appointment until when I left. Briannicka was very fast and efficient with my check in process and Dr. Munguti was great as well! I would recommend to anyone.
NP Schofield was excellent! She took time to explain everything. Wonderful provider!!
