I went to urgent care Tuesday and everyone was soooo nice and friendly and helpful. Tested negative for the flu and the dr told me to come back if I got worse. I got worse and came back today... there was only one doctor and she was so ridiculously rude. Told her I think it might be bronchitis since it’s all chest and respiratory stuff going on, all she had to say was go to your PCP (which I don’t have) and goes well you’re out of the window for tamiflu so do you still want to be seen? made an appointment with a primary care physician here new patient appointments were scheduled out 8 months my appointment is TOMORROW just got a call that he is resigning so they wont allow me to establish myself with him but I can see one of their physicians?! as if I didnt have to rearrange my whole schedule for this! I am beyond mad that is not a way to run business just because you are mad she said her manager said she has to cancel it.
I loved this location! Near me and it was so convenient. I got in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. The staff was awesome. The location was very clean. I will definitley go back there if!
This clinic (1) did not to have a place to nurse (2) did not offer one of the exam rooms where I’m going to be seen anyway and (3) had the audacity to offer me the BATHROOM (which sick people use) to nurse my 16 week old baby!!!!! Oh, to top it all off: the nurse practitioner examined me and prescribe me some pills for vertigo that she said MAY not be very safe for breast-feeding mothers to take and to use it at my own risk!

I was very sick and went there today. I had a wait, which was ok because the NP was amazing and so sweet to me. When I got there she was doing the front office and back office by herself.
