Whoever is at the check in is extremely rude. She had an attitude as soon as I walked in and snapped on me when I asked if it was a walk in clinic. She probably shouldn't work with people especially sick ones with her demeanor. Find a nicer replacement and im sure you'll have better reviews. Went across the street to CVS and their health workers are so much nicer.
Poor customer service. Their system was not working correctly to verify insurance. Instead of just billing the insurance they were requiring patients to pay the self pay amount before they could be seen. This would cause major headache for patients as they would then have to fight Saint Luke’s for a refund when insurance would in fact pay. Patients shouldn’t be having to pay for Saint Luke’s system issues.
I cannot get a live person on the phone AT ALL...... Prompt tells you to push 4 to speak to someone but it's the billing department WTH...
This place should be shut down. These are not real doctors. The so called nurse named marie just hung up on me after refusing to answer my questions or tell me her qualifications. She was very rude. Then she sent all the calls to voice mail and didn't allow the front desk to pick up the phone. Very sketchy place. Does not treat for anything more than a cut and cannot process tests accurately. Just finished a very pleasant medical experience here to be assessed for strep throat which was confirmed as positive. The medical assistant at the desk had the efficient mindset of pulling me from the wait area to be strep swabbed while I waited for the room to be available, so that way the provider knew the results as soon as it was my turn.
