Today was my first day here for a cardiology appointment that was scheduled last week. I was told that my appointment was for today the 3rd a few times over the phone by the call center that scheduled the appointment. We also have to talk to a AI assistant whenever you call. Apparently I don't have an appointment today, and it's for the 10th instead. I wouldn't have scheduled that due to work. When cousins go to wonderful heart doctors at St Luke’s!
It just keeps getting worse trying to make an appointment. You can't get a human and now you struggle to leave a VM without the system disconnecting you. I saw the response from the company was to fill out a form to get someone to call you back. I get a restaurant to respond better than a high level cardio organization. I am sure cardiovascular consultants makes enough money to pay to have enough people to answer the phone or return calls
I called to schedule an appointment as a 1st time patient. I had to leave a message and no one has returned my call. I wouldn't want a group of doctors treating me or their staff when they don't care about people.
