My sons appointment was cancelled. No communication thru patient portal to explain why. He has a disability and I believe they have treated him very unfairly. No one returns calls from this office. I wouldn’t ever talk to any one at St Luke for therapy. Primary care is awesome. Day and Night difference in communication. Have no problems with medication at primary
Doctor is amazing. Team seems pretty good. But the lack of communication in regards to med refills is horrible. Another weekend I'm going to be without my medicine (that I requested 3 days ago via the portal) because no one responds to messages or acknowledges anything you request from them it's a shame
Very nice people. I had a panic attack and I most likely have an anxiety disorder but they let me go home and it was during corona in 2020 so we couldn’t even go outside and I couldn’t have my dog so yeah. In and out in about 24-48 hours. Met some cool people there with other stuff.
Best place for care I’ve ever received for any mental, psychological, or psychiatric related issues.
