1st visit, so far so good. Great attitudes. Dr Werly was open, confident, respectful, easy going, and willing to admit she does not have ALL the answers. I am a critical care patient and have a lot of medical issues. She was willing to take my difficult case, knowing she may have to seek guidance from time to time, and willing to be open about that. Looking forward to a long relationship.
I love this place. I love Erin! She is the nurse practitioner here, and our family practitioner! She is an amazing caregiver! She is a very passionate, personable, and attentive person! She is also great with my kiddos! The first time we seen her, I felt completely secure and comfortable with choosing a family practitioner close to home! 5 stars to this place! After doctor visit the were going to make a referral and renew perscription with pharmacy. They failed on both counts. I had to call them to get them to refer and refill. Not good. My hope is St Luke's gets the lack of follow thru straightened out when they take over.
Love Mosaic! I’m sad they are leaving and becoming St Luke’s. Erin and staff are terrific!
The $25 co-pay was paid at the beginning of the visit, then I received a bill for $43, then I received another bill for $116. I called them to try to and figure out what exactly had happened and they said it must be a “coding issue”. The customer service representative said that he couldn’t tell why they were charging me but he would have to write the coding department and find out.
