I have been a patient in the St. Luke's system since 2021, I've seen all sorts of doctors because I have a variety of health issues. But out of all of the physicians that I have met in my time in the St. Luke system, there is one that has stood out to me above and beyond the others. Called to ask my doctor a question on my medicine and got a woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, wouldn't let me speak and said " The doctor will get to your fax when he feels like it." I'm sorry but that is not how you treat your patients. Already looking for a new location. Highly disappointed on how I was treated.
Molly Bliss is a great doctor, we appreciate her attention to detail, being timely and willingness to educate us.
Scheduled an appointment back in November for "next available", which was Feb 14. Got a message from patient portal that they needed to reschedule. Next available? June, or I can see a nurse practitioner. Don't expect to ever see a doctor here. It's basically gonna be nurses, same as CVS.
