Refills expired so I asked for a refill in the meantime because of the flareup I was having, received only three days worth of medication from dr Nathan woodward without further refills till I can see him November 1st (31 days later) At this point, I have to go up their urgent care and pay $50 co-pay just to tell them that I need A full refill of my medication as calling and telling them, lead me no where. I will no longer be going here.
Dr Woodward and Dr Kathryn AllenBaugh are the very best I'm grateful to have you all in my life the whole Shoal Creek Saint Luke team rock you all care and you all are passionate and patient people again I can't say thank you enough 🥳🥰from Shante Polk aka TayTay
Don’t go here unless you have too! I definitely wouldn’t recommend you NOT see Scott Hayles! St. Luke’s you have a great location and some of your services are good but you lack patience care at more than one of your locations- you need to clean up your brand as a health care provider in our community….. What’s sad they don’t CARE! If you notice their reviews points remain the same with no change- is you St. Luke’s or your Staff???
Nathan Woodward is a amazing physician! Always listening to my concerns and gives honest feedback! Addresses all my concerns and the fact that 98% of what i need is all located in 1 building is amazing! Physical therapy, labs, emergency after hours service. What more could you ask for?
Again I’m not sure why ratings of this clinic are lower other than people tend to post problems versus reviewing when things go well. I want to praise Nurse Practitioner Kim Lee whom I see and Dr Talpers who sees my mother and husband. Both are tremendous, smart, professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great provider and great nursing team.
