Never had any complaints here except time it takes to see someone. Have had great experiences every visit. Hated when Dr Nelson left.She was a great doctor that they lost.

My mother is 87 and her PC doctor is here. She just spent the last 5 days at KU Med. She is being released today, Monday, and they want her to follow up with PC by Friday with bloodwork. She has many medical challenges. I called to try and get the appointment and Donna hung up on me. My wife called back and Donna was very nasty with her for no reason, we are just trying to do the best we can for a loved one we are lucky enough to still be with us. Refills expired so I asked for a refill in the meantime because of the flareup I was having, received only three days worth of medication from dr Nathan woodward without further refills till I can see him November 1st (31 days later) At this point, I have to go up their urgent care and pay $50 co-pay just to tell them that I need A full refill of my medication as calling and telling them, lead me no where. I will no longer be going here.
