The program specialist was not helpful or professional. She continually tried to tell me my insurance did not cover a surgery when in fact it does. Yes there are qualifications, however she would not help me determine how to meet the qualifications just continued to tell me my insurance did not cover the service. She gave me no other guidance or alternatives. I asked multiple times for help but received none.
