Usually I get decent care here however I tried to walk in today and they just kept redirecting me to make an appointment. I re-stated I wanted to walk in and thought they took walks ins and they said that they do take walk ins. Front desk agrees to check me in and then yelled me to come back in two hours for my 1:45 appt. Long story short, they do not actually take walk ins despite advertising that they do.
