The office staff are very nice, and are very helpful. The doctor I see is Mitchell Wattles, he's a hec of a doctor. Super nice and very informative. Unfortunately, I had some non-reversible nerve damage from a surgery he preformed, a right hip anthroplasty or in lamens term replacement. I have some complications not totally his fault. Im overweight and have diabeties. But I had the replacement, so that I could go back to work. Unfortunately, I no longer can. I gave this 2 stars only because the surgery was done really well, otherwise it would have gotten 1. (Edited almost a year later): he put the plate in wrong and now I have to have surgery again with a different surgeon because Dr. David Strege messed me up so bad. If I could give it negative stars I would. Surgery is very risky for me due to my type 1 diabetes- it’s on the severe end of the spectrum, and this will be a surgery to fix what this hack did to me. I have been with STLO for years . I have had a reverse shoulder done by Dr. Hobbs, and am currently seeing Dr Wattles and NP Rebecca Stauder. There are no people out there, in my opinion. The office staff is always courteous and pleasant. Doing my knee next, nervous, but wouldn’t trust no other people to be slicing me up and putting in metal parts! Frani Walker

Dr Wattles and support staff were all very professional, pleasant, explained the procedure and recovery in understandable detail, helpful, and fully answered with dignity any and all questions to my satisfaction. I look forward to my knee placement! Yah!
