Very good I used to get sinus/ear infections CONSTANTLY! The surgery was not bad-barely any pain afterwards & she truly changed my life! Thank you Dr. Ramachandra!! I can now swim without fearing being sick for 2 weeks.
I just saw Dr. Ramachandra, and she was so kind, gentle, calm, serene, beautiful, patient, awesomely smart and completely non-judgmental - she made me feel so taken care of I nearly cried. This is a money grab! These offices are very unprofessional and want to load you up with tests that are not needed and then make you come back whether your better or not. They have no answers without more appointments and more co-payment. Not happy with the service and will let everyone I know in my church groups, schools and work not to ever go here. Had to give one star just to get posted. No way do they deserve a star!
I had a great experience here. I had a sudden loss of hearing in my right ear while traveling, which, when I looked it up on Google, is described as a medical emergency. If a person has sudden neural hearing loss, it is imperative to take steroids immediately to prevent permanent hearing loss. Emily Adams was my doctor and I had had a terrible experience. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming and could answer my questions, but Emily was quiet different. I am so frustrated because I have been in so much pain and provided no help. She didn't ask me questions and didn't have me elaborate on my initial statements.
