My therapist is FANTASTIC, first and foremost. She works hard and accomates however possible, doing the best she can. Have worked with her for years and will continue despite my misgivings with the overall company. They are difficult to coordinate with, they've moved offices without updating their website or notifying people appropriately of how to get to their new office, trying to contact anyone at the corporate level to update payment information, using their web portal to pay or any other sort of administrative process i... read more
My therapist was amazing. Worked with her for almost a year. Right at the end of last year they cancelled her contract and gave no suggestion as for someone else that could help me. They gave me a run around and it was just awful. Additionally, they didn't send me a bill until Jan of 2023 and never sent me a bill all the months prior. Now I have an outrageous amount due. I would have stopped using them if I had known my insurance wasn't covering the entirety of the bill. Or at least used the service much less. The office doe... read more

Very unfriendly for a mental health place. I have very high levels of anxiety and I did not feel comfortable with the receptionist. She always seemed impatient and angry when I needed paperwork picked up for my employer. I ended up not coming back due to the high levels of tension.
