Worst experience ever when returning a bag that I purchased three days ago without wearing it at all. Its tag and everything else is intact. The store sales person Samantha took it back to process the return and then came out to say that it’s not fully refundable because it had glitters in there and also missing two tissue wraps. I visited on September 10, 2026, looking for sunglasses, but the service was disappointing. The sales associate barely answered my questions and seemed uninterested in helping. She was on her phone (and no not her work device), which made the interaction feel dismissive and unwelcoming. Pull up the cameras.
