Went to see a family member today and was treated very poorly. Visitation hours for today are 7:30pm-8:30pm. I was allowed inside at 7:40-45pm. I requested to have 10 minutes added to the visitation hours and the staff stated, "Yes, sure." At 8:30pm the nurse stated, "Visitation hours are over (to the whole group)" I spoke to the nurse who redirected me to the "Nurse Pam."
