Terrible hospital. ER is dirty and unorganized. They triage in a hallway and offer no privacy when discussing medical issues. After being admitted to the hospital, the care was better than the ER and there are some great nurses and some really uncaring and terrible ones. Sandra, Pearce, Kelly and Maritza and visiting staff were extremely helpful and supportive. I’ don’t have typical pulmonary issues., I’m not on oxygen or have to use inhalers. I had a good experience visiting my wife's relative who was a patient, it was nice to pray as a Muslim in the religious chapel room or whatever it's called, in the courtyard
I am very thankful off the caring and kindness of the nurses. Thank you Lisa! For caring..and all the beautiful nurses and staff 🙏
My loved one was in the ICU for 14 days at St. Joe’s. The nursing team in ICU east was remarkable. They were incredibly kind and patient, constantly checking on the patient as well as seeing how I was. Some nurses who really stood out were Amy, Hilary, Chance, Max, and Marcus. Marcus went above and beyond to care for my person, advocating for what was best each and every day. Thank you to the ICU east nursing team! I won’t forget you!
