Poor service and rude staff
My son is a drug seeker. It's a harsh life. Him and I don't have much of any kind of relationship now because I chose "tough love" and I won't enable anymore. I'm so disappointed that St Joseph gave him morphine just two days ago at the ER. Chandler and Mesa won't do it anymore. He's been a patient off and on at St Joe for 4 years. They still keep giving him what he's looking for
I have been reading all these poor reviews and wished this time I could give 2 stars but based on my visit the other day can't. I have to be honest. The other day I ended up in ER twice one because my Foley burst and other because of viral illness. It seems like place is very small and they short handed. They have people waiting in hallway in chairs because of lack of space. They need a bigger ER. ED waiting area so small and always over crowded. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place but google only will allow me to give 5 stars. Every time I've gone here I have gotten very good service. Even though emergency department is small the health care workers always found a way to make it work..
