They never answer the phone. I even stood outside and called while watching them — nobody answered. I went inside, stood in line, and called again. There were two women at the desk — one helping a customer and the other just sitting there — still no one picked up. Dr. Menla is amazing, but the quality of service and professionalism is HORRIBLE. Currently looking for a new provider. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND.
I don’t know whats up with them, they never pick up the phone. It’s bad! To get a hold of those people to you need to walk in.
They never answered the phone. Not matter what time of day you call. Horrible service
Never do they call you back they mail out you perso medical information with tape on the envelope and they seem to always push patients through
