Every Time they say they will call me back they don’t, they will switch your doctors without telling you, then whenever You have questions they act as if your bothering them… they have become the worst experience I’ve ever had and It suck’s because I use to drive 3 hours just to stay with them now I have to find help because they don’t seem to care anymore… maybe they don’t make as much money off my insurance or something… horrible staff
I have been treated for a nasty MRSA infection since May, first at St. Joe Hospital and then a nursing home. Through it all, my doctor has been very compassionate and clear about my condition. While I get frustrated at the pace I'm healing, I know that I have the best care team, starting here. Thank you for all the great care you've been providing.
