What my mother experienced at the Breast Cancer Center was unacceptable. She has been a patient at this location for over 10 years, and I was asked to come support her because a receptionist named “Fanny” made her feel so uncomfortable and disrespected that she wanted to leave. A hospital is to help and support patients. Not to put them down because of their ethnicity,financial situations or language barriers. My mom has been a patient for over 10 years suffering and trying to battle her breast cancer and she has never felt this humiliated and embarrassed by the employee FRANNY .IN A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE. I had to rush there to see my mom in tears and so upset all she wanted was to do her check up and leave but she got the worst of it . and no other employees bothered to help her out.
