I came in for recurring tennis elbow that had flared up after bouldering. I was switched from PT to OT after being told it would be a better fit, which I was completely open to. Unfortunately, the OT did not seem prepared to assess or treat my injury. There was no clear evaluation or treatment plan, and he began looking up exercises on his computer during the appointment. Michael is an exceptional physiotherapist! He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely listens to his patients. His ability to identify and treat the root cause of the problem—not just the symptoms—sets him apart. I highly recommend him.
I’ve been to four different PTs over the course of the last 30 years and my experience with Jack at this clinic tops them all. Incredible knowledge and expertise coupled with kindness and care. I highly recommend him.
The new constraint of only having two active appointments for PT is super frustrating when you need to plan around work and ensure consistent visits to adequately handle your problem without falling behind. This isn't solving the problem you think it is, it's just creating new ones.
