The receptionist was very rude to me.
Be wary of the costs. I was charged roughly $770/hour for general physical therapy and more than $400 for a 30-minute exam (moderate complexity).
Be careful and make sure you CHECK YOUR INSURANCE POLICY before going to PT here! I was referred here from my sports med doctor for physical therapy, and the front desk charged me my $40 copay without any issues, so imagine my surprise when I received a $270 bill in the mail that no one has been able to resolve for me.
