When I was admitted, I felt comfortable in a caring environment.The nurses were fabulous- caring , kind and excellent professionals. The PT/OT dept surpassed any expectations Ihad. I improved so much in 2+ weeks. And the food was very good. Can’t say enough good things about the CRC unit!
Never answer the phone Operator transfer me but then it hangs up can't get no appointments over phone I left numerous messages on machine but no return calls
Was hung up on after being transferred several extensions. Called back to get the same run around, the person I end up speaking with has no idea about a rehab facility .
It's the worst place, they don't give you any information.
