This is probably the worst office I have dealt with in my life. I always come to my appointments on time. I arrive a few minutes early, check in and then wait between 15-45 minutes before I am called back. Today was no different, EXCEPT for the fact that they were much busier than usual. I came 10 minutes early. When I told the receptionist I was there to check in, she coldly told me she had already cancelled my appointment because I had not arrived 30 minutes early. I genuinely tried multiple times to communicate that I had been in a car accident and needed to be evaluated. My insurance wasn’t discussed until I arrived for my appointment. I completed the pre-check-in, but there was never an opportunity to update my new insurance information. The office only had my old insurance on file, and I was never asked how I would be paying or informed beforehand that I would be responsible for the full cost out of pocket. So far not to bad Doc seams noce and listens to you. But ill see more as i go along ill update if need to

I saw Dr Francisco Gomez and my exam was very thorough!! Excellent doctor!!
