We’ve used this place for a few years for our children, including this month. I love the ease of their online appointments to get you in quickly and on schedule. I definitely recommend it.
Unprofessional. A man at the front desk was asking people for their information loudly and then stating "I'm assuming you were born a (male or female)". Some sort of sensitivity training and refresher on HIPAA laws would be appropriate for that situation. And I understand there was only one physician available so the ridiculous wait time (1h 30m) could be justified. But the NP Karan Thomas could benefit from some bedside manner training. Absolutely unprofessional! The receptionist with long blond hair behind the desk is playing on her phone while a line of people wait to be checked in. There is no communication from the back to the front and my sons appointment was over an hour ago. There’s a lady that has been wa out inf for 2 hours this is absird
