I will never even consider care here. I was scheduled to have my first mammogram. I was told a time and a door.upon entering 10 minutes prior to my appointment time I was greeted not with any sort of staff, but two computers for self check in. Then when the computer told me to wait for a person and there were no people in that room.a woman came out talking about check in by appointment time, but NONE of that was explained prior to me showing up. I got my information quickly and easily. I was able to find the phone number and take care of what I needed to do.
The 3 ladies that I spoke with today were incredibly empathetic, polite, and caring. This made my visit so much better than I'd feared. I highly recommend them!
For those of you reading this, this is a long review. I think this is an important issue to address. This review is about the QUESTIONS asked at my check-in for my mammogram on September 10, 2024 at the Paqui and Brian Kelly Comprehensive Breast Center, in Mishawaka, IN. (my tech Jaime was great!) I had already done the pre check-in online prior to my visit and did the computer check-in at the facility. I had to have a mammogram and an ultrasound to test for breast cancer. The staff was amazingly supportive and friendly. I was a lucky girl to leave with a smile on my face.
