The website say that they open at 7:30 but they turn the phones on whenever they want to they don’t answer the phone which is an inconvenience I have been calling this office since 7:32, the people up front obviously don’t clock in on time because patients can’t even get through I am highly disappointed in the customer service that is being showing from this practice, y’all wanna talking about people not showing up to apts but y’all can’t even show up to work on time to turn the phones on at 7:30…… here it is 757am and the p... read more
Just wanted to say Ms. Kathy, Kenesha, Dr. SHUBIN, Dr. Meyer, Nurse Holly and basically the entire staff all the way down to the Residents have been amazing and efficient over the past three years with communication for all 4 of our kids. God bless you and Merry Christmas.
I’ve been taking all three of my kids to Dr. Meier since they were born. She had been absolutely fantastic and I’ve been duly impressed by the care she gives my kids.

We have been very unhappy with this group. We have stayed with them merely because it takes a long time to switch over our four kids. The physicians are not client centered, nor family centered, and do not respect the wishes of the parents. The two physicians that we have liked have left the practice, probably due to that fact. we have had multiple instances of disrespect from this group and are now leaving the practice. I would caution you if you are choosing this for your child.
