Dr. Small, was referred to him so my daughter could have someone follow her Scoliosis. Seen her once, and dismissed us from his office. When I asked when to follow up, response was “never”. Since then got referred to IWK, have a doctor following her. They sent forward a MRI request and found a cyst that could be the reason behind all her issues. Being your own advocate is hard and frustrating. It does take a village to raise a child.
The people that work here are very kind and courteous an very professional they really go out of there way to help you and to make you feel as comfortable as possible considering your feelings and your situation.There Great in so many areas.and they really want your input in this cause it's so important for the life style you want to live and for your recovery an they'll tell you straight what's do able an ask you what you expect an they'll tell you if it's achievable or not .So there's no confusion about anything.So to thos... read more
As you told me on last visit it would be a year plus , so what is the plus . If you had somone in the office to answer the phone , I have been trying for some time nw voice mail is pluged full. All I would like to know if I am on awaiting list, posibaly when /???. I cannot believe a provfinal institution has not got the time to answera question.
