Absolute worst VA service ever terrible nurses terrible doctors who don't understand the VA or how it works.
Can something be done about the phone line already? It's been over a year now and just about every time I try calling all I receive is silence. Aside from that the staff is great. Edit: I think most of the trouble happens somewhere between 11-1? I called back after 1 and it went right through.
Mary Barbara and Cassandra should not be in the position of helping ANYONE - especially Vets. These two women will make you feel like they care, then forget who you are. These 2 ladies have done NOTHING to help my 97yr. old WWII Veteran, except send him and his family on wild goose chases that accomplished nothing over 2 months! The only way we found answers was YouTube!! These 2 people are wasting taxpayer money. Be aware!
This VA's a joke primary care doctors don't even want to help veterans. Give veterans the run around, not good for mental health.
