Terrible service':( I need a paper work filled out by the doctor that did my physical. I went in January 2026 and i was told that the office would call me. But they never called me to let me know when the paper was filled out. I was not allowed to work without the paper work done. The paper need to filled out is called Physical Examination Report. I am umemployed need this paper work filled out in other to work . This should not be acceptable...!

Doctor ran a series of tests on me on a sick visit that I did not ask for, and then miscoded the visit to my insurance, resulting in a significant overcharge. All attempts to resolve this issue have been repeatedly stonewalled for months. Contact with the billing department is impossible to establish, and any promises made after significant badgering are not followed up.
