Be careful, in our experience , St James has a complete lack of transparency and failed to disclose out- of-pocket costs prior to our family's routine cleaning and x-rays. We paid our insurance co-pay when leaving the office and thought that was all we owed. About a month later, we received a huge, surprise bill
I had two crowns and a filling repaired yesterday. The dentist and the dental assistance were all great. Today I am feeling amazingly good. Not much pain or discomfort. It was great job done yesterday by all.
They where absolutely Wonderful. Explanation of everything was the best.Dentist was very gentle and kind. Staff was very professional and polite! I would recommend them to my friends !
Staff is extremely friendly and also very professional at the same time. The office has a small town feel but the care and treatments are extremely up to date. Dr. Savage and staff take time to answer my questions without rushing and make sure I understand what is happening with my dental care. I appreciate their care and understanding.
Excellent patient care team. Debbie (hygienist) is professional and friendly.She always exceeds expectations. Explains oral hygiene in detail and provides the latest dental care products that really make a difference. Dr Savage is by far the best dentist I have ever known. He is friendly, courteous and professional.He is very gentle and meticulous with all dental work and treatments. He is patient and has a calming demeanor. I highly recommend this practice to friends and family without any hesitation.
