This visit was a routine cleaning visit with Kelly, who was thorough and friendly, rendering a dutiful visit as a pleasant experience.
They where absolutely Wonderful. Explanation of everything was the best.Dentist was very gentle and kind. Staff was very professional and polite! I would recommend them to my friends and family.
I recently had a difficult procedure done at St. James Dentistry and I was completely impressed with the dentist and assistant, who did excellent work and the result was very successful. They were very professional and kept me in the loop as they proceeded with the procedure. I was extremely satisfied with the results.
I was seen as a new patient at St. James dentistry on 2/11. I received a cleaning, dental exam and comprehensive x-rays. Upon leaving the office I was provided a bill for $414, completely blindsided. The dental exam was not covered because I was not due for another month, the comprehensive x-rays were not due for another 9 months (should be done every 60 months per my insurance).
