Find out who your neighbors are going to be BEFORE you sign a lease. There may be noise fines, but it doesn't stop people from being loud.
Make sure what you sign for on your lease is what you expect and are happy to live with. Repairs aren't quick but management is good, maintenance is not.
Nice cheap pet friendly place to live..management change has made this place great! Will deft be resigning my lease
Can't get service on the first floor since it is slightly below ground. Leave your phone in the windowsill, it will get at least a bar.
