Unparalleled perfection. Nothing like it in Melbourne. It's a castle amongst all the fun that is Chapel St. 4 levels including a rooftop terrace with 360° views. What a stay. Highly recommend....
CANCELLED THIS BOOKING WELL WITHIN THE 14 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY AND NOW 2 MONTHS LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK
This is the filthiest place on earth. We found mice running through our belongings… PAID ACCOMMODATION FOR 10 DAYS… worst decision ever . Now the owner doesn’t reply and booking doing absolutely nothing about it. I’ll fight until we get our refund. Had to leave after the second day and paid almost 1000 AUD for living in absolute trash . Taking this to court please do yourself a favour and dont come near this place for your own good
Saw a mouse crawl out from under the bed during our stay and had to leave!
Multiple mice in my room at night. A bottle of unidentified liquid found under the bed (discovered while mouse hunting...) and filthy cutlery drawer. The great location does not make up for a completely unacceptable hygiene level. Despite being contacted about these issues the owner has done nothing about them.
