Really disappointed with this apartment. We stayed here in 2020 and it was lovely and had absolutely no issues, so we booked again for 2026. However upon check in, we were really disappointed with how filthy the place was. We contacted Airbnb support and they offered us a full refund as there was absolutely no way we could stay in this apartment! Dirty tissues, dirty floors, sticky taped manholes in the bathroom, terrible smell. We had to find different accomodation.
Great Location. On Chapel Street but tucked away. Onsite caretaker. No complaints. Would stay again.
Stayed in studio 4. Had to leave early, no refund offered at all. room was cramped and dirty, could barely get 2 suitcases in the room. All the air freshers made me feel sick. Shared washing machine you will never get to use as staff use it.
