I have an elderly dog w/a breed life span of 10-12 years: she's almost 15. She's a BIG rescue dog who had a tough life before I adopted her at age 10. When my vet of 35 yrs retired, I took the old girl to St. Francis. She didn't need much medical care, just renewals of arthritis pain meds, etc. They examined her & renewed her meds. The prescription ran out last month & I called St. Francis for renewals: they refused the renewals. Dr Sarah is compassionate and does not rush. calm atmosphere.
Our dog was unable to walk due to pain in her hind leg. We were able to get an appointment right away. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and comforted. Once in the exam room, the doctor and her medical team were so good with Penelope. I’ve never seen such an efficient team. I was really impressed. Their loving bedside manner put us at ease. i have brought my animals here for years. called to make an appt for my new stray kitten and was told to call another place because they didnt have appts for weeks which was fine! also as my dog has aggressions and was comfortable going there i was Going to schedule him his rabies shot. they have lost a valuable customer and need to work on their customer service skills as the girl was very rude!
We really love our Vet and the office staff. Kind and compassionate in both good and bad times. Losing your first pet or any pet isn’t easy. They helped us all the way on each. They are Always there for us when we need good care for our furry family members!
This vet has such a special place in my heart ... Dr. Cripps and her staff are just wonderful. I must have written a review before but I have to do it again! We have a very difficult to diagnose situation with our cats and Dr. Cripps has been like Sherlock Holmes in finding out what it is and how to manage it.
