This urgent care is the best place I’ve been with my kids such caring and friendly people and the doctors are amazing I would recommend this place to everyone.
this urgent care facility has one of the BEST, SKILLED, WELL TRAINED, PA on staff. Jeffery Hill house exceeds quality expectations! I use this location only because I am more confident being seen by personnel under a major hospital. many URGENT CARE LOCATIONS ARE JUST FRANCHISED PRIVATE BUSINESSES! My husband went in because he had a fever for over a week and couldn't stop coughing. He went in on a Sunday morning and the PA said it was bronchitis and gave him an inhaler and cough medicine. Didn't even do a chest x-ray. By Wednesday he still wasn't feeling well so he was able to see his PCP. He immediately ordered a chest x-ray, gave him antibiotics and oral steroids and treated it like pneumonia. Within a couple of days of taking his meds from the pcp he started to feel better.
At first I was satisfied with my visit(minus them poking me several times for blood-skill issue). They wrote me a script for amoxicillin and sent me on my way. I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic and immediately called them and they told me for them to change the script I would need to come re visit their office and pay another co pay. That is why you get 1 star. Learn to help people again. Instead of being riddled with corporate greed.
