Very impressive rehab center. It is one of the few places around with a dialysis den, which is a HUGE benefit for patients who may be living with kidney disease and need (or may need) dialysis. All the staff look happy to be there and the patients I met seemed satisfied with their care. Great work!
I would not recommend this place unless u want ur family member or loved one not get the care they need and the Dr there will refuse to send them to the hospital when they are not doing well. The nurses don't know what they are doing.

i have had three rehab situations with St. Francis and cannot say enough about the care I received from the nursing staff and aides. I have my favorites of course. I have to say they are all ANGELS that have an extreme ability to hide their wings. I keep looking for a fallen “pin feather” but can’t find one. That’s how wonderful they are. Greg Sango
I am a staff of St Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Worcester ma for 7 years now. It is a wonderful place to live in, workers and residents friendly, administration is amazing. We are like one big family. I recommend you this place you will not regret it.
