Nurse terry wasn’t very friendly all I did was ask her if there was a long wait time because I was only there for something that wasn’t very urgent and I had work in a hour and she looked me right in my eyes and said “ why don’t you turn around and look for yourself ,don’t you see a lobby full of people “ I wasn’t sure if they were waiting for others or wiating for a room I only asked because I would have came back another day not very friendly for a nurse
Was very unsatisfied with St Francis’s occupational health department. The nurse terry was very rude and seemed very unfit for the job . It honestly seemed like she doesn’t even wanna be there, she was very rude and condescending infront of a full lobby of patients. That honestly really bothered me and it seemed like she was trying to belittle me for whatever reason pack it up terry
Some staffer named Terry really blew me. I asked for directions to the room they were holding my sick uncle, Anthony Spica, and she totally shut me down. I even warned her that I would be writing this review and she replied “Beats me what do ya want an old fashioned Handy?” Just sarcastic and rude on a Wednesday evening for no reason. Will not be going back even if I was suffering with Colon Cancer which is my biggest fear
