The case worker that my sister is having to deal with is absolutely unprofessional! Not only in her answers but in the ways he carries herself. She is also leaking information to people that are NOT included in the case anymore and then taking the words of the other person that isn’t involved and runs with it.i feel as though Kristin is not very well trained and she has even admitted to being an ex druggie! This place really needs to be investigated and shut down immediately!!! I just received a call from my niece stating that she was attacked by another girl at this facility and the staff member just sat there and did nothing…. When asked for the staff members name that were present, the staff member denied to say her name and told my niece to disconnect the phone. This place has a 2.5 star rating it should be a no star. Because what adult in their right frame of mind will allow assault on a client and not assist with the well... read more
All I can say is wow I can’t believe on how the case worker I had was outstanding in the beginning and at the end of the case was not for the best interest of the child
