I have always had a pleasant experience with Michelle Wredling as a provider. Thank you so much, Michelle! But the staff is awful. Attitude from reception onward. At my most recent visit, the nurse (I’m unsure of formal title) tried to take my blood without a glove. I quietly and politely asked if she could put one on and I apologized for the inconvenience. I once loved this office but now it's so un professional and it's not the healthcare providers it's the supporting staff. I went in for a physical the only thing that was done was blood work I asked about giving urine an ekg the assistant was clueless. Medication wasn't called in I asked for someone to call me back instead Medication was just called in and I received a text message that said it had been sent to the pharmacy. Will update if it changes, but our first time here today and everyone was so kind! I've been to many doctor offices in different states, and everyone was much nicer than many I've experienced. Got seen in a decent time. Dr Robbins gave time and attention to my 5 yr old that even some pediatricians have not. The nurse that gave his shots was also more patient than most we've had! 👏
