The phone receptionist for appointments is very short and RUDE!
I cannot comment on the doctors or the facility, but I had an appointment there this morning at 10:00 a.m. and, after I drove 35 minutes to make it there, they were apparently closed. I called their office several times, but the voicemail is full. It is disrespectful to people's time to not inform them that the office is closed. The automated service even called me yesterday to confirm the appointment. Perhaps the doctors are good, but I will not be returning due to the massive inconvenience.
Love Dr. Jackson! Her manner is so professional, yet nurturing. Office staff is pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend!
