The doctor working there is good no complaints. My complaint is with the front desk staff and whoever answer the call. Whenever you call it seems like the person is in kind of hurry and wants to hang up when we are asking for information and is also rude to the customer. The places needs to do a better job of training their front desk staff on how to handle and talk with customers who come there or call there for services and information. Worst front desk staff I have ever seen
I love my doctor. The staff is very excellent in what they do and the wait time is great.
Will never go here again. Even if I was on fire and they had the only fire extinguisher in town. Front desk lady, nice enough. My nurse, should have gotten her name, was as sweet as could be, very compassionate and friendly. Then it came time for the nurse practitioner.....from hell. Incredibly rude old white lady who immediately came in the room with an attitude. Hmm. Called. Says my call is first in line to be answered. 34 minutes later I gave up. NEVER go here. Awful. Simply no excuse for not answering your phones. I understand wait times. I get practices are busy. If you cannot answer a phone call in 30 minutes? Your people are either lazy or do not care. Awful in every way.
