This is the best hospital I've experienced. Grace Davis on 4th floor is amazing!! The ICU is full of great staff who are caring, compassionate, competent, and hard working. 5 stars pluss !!
They told me to turn in a charity form instead of paying my bill. Then reported me to a collection agency after they claimed my form was “lost in the mail.” All of this for a procedure that did not work, and ultimately in hindsight was unnecessary.
