I have been sitting in the waiting area for 6 hours. My doctor called ahead with orders for lab and MRI. I have MS it's very hard for me to sit up and still for this long also without having my afternoon meds lunch or anything. When I enquired how much longer the wait would be they said you will get back when they get you back. Many people who came after me went back and were seen before me. The doctors, nurses and specialized physicians at this hospital saved my life in 2016, they are absolutely the best in the country ! I have been, and forever will be thankful to God for each and every employee working at this amazing hospital !! They are all human angels and deserve the highest honors possible !! This hospital saved my sister's life as well, so I'll forever keep each and everyone working there in my prayers, you are all heroes, God bless you all, keep up the greatness ! Ronald Robertson
If you use the ER at st Francis be prepared to lose 7-8 hrs of ur life. Ridiculous. Workers here are rude. I wouldn’t recommend using this hospital.
I go straight to triage and then sit in their lobby for 3 hours plus for high blood pressure and dizziness Meanwhile I'm sitting there and multiple people have been waiting there several hours before me waiting to go back. it's just not a good look or quality of care
