I have went here my whole life and it has gone downhill. I wouldn't not recommend. Especially the ER. Very rude judgemental people here yet they claim to be a Christian based hospital. Yeah right .
Being prepped for surgery , for no necessary reason. Doctor laughingly says That pill never works. Seconds later I’m leaving. While the we staff opened everything the could get there hands. What the hell happened to the Heinrich maneuver. I drove myself from Illinois. Minor emergency with no one to help. Price gouging Medicare fraud. My grandma with dementia was in a lot of pain up on the 3rd floor. There was a nurse assistant named John that was in the room when my mom walked in. He didn’t know someone had walked in but he was yelling at my grandma asking why she wouldn’t listen and proceeded to throw equipment next to her landing by her head. When reported he was removed from the room but they declined to remove him from the floor. Horrible experience for a family member of mine. Only good experience was with the travel nurses. Extremely disappointed and will never be using this hospital again.
