The service here is horrible. There is never parking and besides that, the elevators are down. Imagine being 37 weeks pregnant just to walk 4 flights of stairs cause St. Francis can’t fix their elevators on the side where they know pregnant girls will come to their appointments. They also claim to no longer have a grace period and will still call you a million times to see if you’re coming even though you have already confirmed your appt through the annoying automated texts they constantly send out.
