My mom just started seeing Dr Cook who is a cardiologist for a heart condition she is dealing with . She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions and concerns. Great doctor who I highly recommend. Staff there is friendly and excellent to deal with ! Thanks St Francis!
My niece was recently transferred here to St. Francis in Muskogee. The EMT’s that transported her was in the process of taking her straight to her room. The receptionist at the desk was extremely rude and out of line for the way she was scolding them for bringing her through that door instead of the ER doors. (We aren’t from here so didn’t know, but the ambulance driver was trying to explain, this is the entrance he’s used with transports before anyway, aside from that incident I couldn’t have been more impressed with the fa... read more

ER needs more training. They discharged a elderly woman home in the middle of the night with an abnormal blood panel…high blood sugar, low potassium, high white blood cell count, etc.
