Horrible nurses, horrible doctors, cant even clean the hospital. They cant even diagnose right either. How do you miss a cracked rib, strep and bronchitis.
The ER in Muskogee is rude and crazy and judgemental, cause I have really bad Epilepsy Seizures and when my seizures are starting to act up bad I get sent to the ER to where I've been told by 4 different doctors that the ER ain't meant to treat people with seizures and I can't get to my neurologist up there in Tulsa cause I can only get there by SoonerRide. Plus there was one time I went cause I was having very sharp chest pain and I went to the ER just to make sure it wasn't a sign of like a heart attack or something else a... read more

Like any hospital, ups and downs, based on staff courtesy and care, I like any st Francis location to be honest,, better than any hospital in Oklahoma, I hated mcalester regional in mcalester ok, not a fan either of Hillcrest or at John's, anymore, it's changed, the only problem I had was one doctor, other than this, they seemed caring, just talk to the right people with the right questions
Absolutely the worst service ever from checking in to the nurses. If you can get past the ER people that are careless and rude. Then once u finally get help they put u in a room where half of the staff Absolutely does not care about you. They are mostly self centered and forget why they are here. I do not understand i will never come back to this place ever again. I have tried 3 times now it is not going to change.
