The 9th floor staff are rude and unprofessional on so many levels. The case management nor doctors would communicate or return any calls per request. The nurse gave doctors contact information and they still refused to return a call about my aunt.From the nurse assistant not wanting to do their job. The charge nurse did not correct and situation addressed. We requested she be transferred out on Sunday because of the neglect and verbal abuse she was receiving. I’ve never had issues being here, staff has always been attentive and caring. Especially today, the staff is accommodating (12-3am) very patient from check, to nurses..I wish I could remember everyone’s names because I just want to thank them all.
