IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD….This is the WORST hospital In Memphis. IF YOU WANT TO DIE GO HERE !! They do not care about anybody they don’t listen or move like you are hurt.
A lady at triage desk named Munnia.. obviously not from American..was unprofessional..rude. I waited 3 hours and because I was in the bathroom and she couldn't she couldn't get me to answer she threatened me with a wellness check so this ER has pretty much gone downhill used to be nice but they'll just let anyone work in healthcare threaten me with a wellness check because I didn't answer because I had an ID but I'm calling my lawyer and I'm calling Saint Francis.. healthcare in Memphis has gone downhill 100% completely
My son went to the ER and had to have a cyst drained. He returned for the same thing. He was charged $15,000 and we received additional physician bills today. They overcharged and would not give us financial assistance. Baptist covered all his bills since he had to go there as well. St. Francis is a rip off and I wouldn't advise anyone to go there at all costs
My daughter went to ER Sunday 10/11/26 about 4am with excuritating stomach pain they did blood work said everything was normal sent her home with Naproxen for pain no X-ray or nothing but the nurse kept saying can't be her Appendix and discharged her so we sent her to Methodist on Union she had to have emergency surgery for what he said it couldn't be (Appendix) had she went home they would had ruptured all I'm saying if you feel unsure about something just check anyway better safe than sorry no way she should have been disc... read more
It’s so bad the surgeons were simply the very best but the nursing staff was always in a terrible mood no one knew what was going on I requested to speak with the doctor at his or her convenience I never received a call I saw roaches downstairs and they were German which carry disease just. It’s an old hospital that needs to be redone and the staff my be overworked I’m just not sure what the problem is but it’s not good
