If I could give zero stars I would. I had my disabled son who is also on the autism spectrum scheduled for a new patient physical here and due to my having a debilitating disability myself and suffer from extreme insomnia, I missed his appointment. I just called to reschedule and was told it's their policy to not reschedule new patient no shows no matter the situation. My son and I were not feeling well so I called urgent care to see how long the wait was. The receptionist said it was very busy and to go to the website, find that location and fill out the online forms. She said it would give us an estimate when to arrive. It gave me a 3 hour wait for my son and I. We arrived 10 minutes early to check in and update information. That went smoothly. She then instructed us to wait in the hall until our names were called. Never had an issue
Had a complaint about my doctor telling me I could only talk about a couple of things during my visit, saying "your insurance may not cover more than that." I only brought up 3 issues with me. That's it. Contacted to office manager about this issue. She began to tell me "people come in with a laundry list of things." Isn't that what they're supposed to do; explain to their doctor of all that ails them? What is healthcare there for if not to address all of the patient's physical problems?
