I visited the hospital with my wife and met with a staff member named M ( first letter). Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and we’ve decided not to return. We requested access to our medical records, and M presented a legal document for us to sign. When we asked her to explain the contents, her explanation didn’t match what was written in the document. My wife missed 2 appointments because her mother had open heart surgery and then she needed to go to rehab. She put her elderly mothers needs before herself and now they will no longer see her . I wish doctor Brenda Hensley had just a little more compassion and understanding and could look at the whole picture before making decisions.
After spending 7 hours in the waiting room at the st Frances on 61 and Yale in a disgusting waiting room and rude employees, I decided to leave and go to this location and was treated with so much kindness and quick help. I cannot recommend this location enough. Dr. Burger and his nurses were so wonderful. Very thankful.
Not a real emergency center. Do not go here unless you just need stitches. They need to take down their emergency sign!
