My wife missed 2 appointments because her mother had open heart surgery and then she needed to go to rehab. She put her elderly mothers needs before herself and now they will no longer see her . I wish doctor Brenda Hensley had just a little more compassion and understanding and could look at the whole picture before making decisions.
After spending 7 hours in the waiting room at the st Frances on 61 and Yale in a disgusting waiting room and rude employees, I decided to leave and go to this location and was treated with so much kindness and quick help. I cannot recommend this location enough. Dr. Burger and his nurses were so wonderful. Very thankful.
Not a real emergency center. Do not go here unless you just need stitches. They need to take down their emergency sign!

I was in there about 2 weeks ago. I was in so much pain in my back i couldn't stand it. I had already taken my sleeping medicine about an hour before I arrived at the er.(midnight) I was checked in and my vitals were taken and then I set in the waiting room. Nobody was in the waiting room but me and my son. I was falling asleep, but every time I moved it made me cry out. I couldn't help it.
