If I could leave 0 starts I would. I came in for nerve pain. And they did absolutley nothing. All the doctor did was a viral pannel and even tho that came back negative she still stated it was something viral. I have never had this happen to me before. I also explained I was having new onset neurological issues and she completley ignored me. I wasn't even given an IV or anything. No labs done absolutley nothing. Will not be going here again
Waited over an hour for them to look at my son's eye. The nurse Lora then made a rude smart-alec remark to my son when he said he was hungry. He's 5. Show some professionalism. Filing a complaint with the supervisor.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was told by another urgent care to go to the Saint Francis location in Glenpool because it would supposedly be cheaper and they might accept my insurance. When I arrived, I asked the front desk if they accepted my insurance, but they said someone inside would help me. I called my mom because she had my insurance information, and while I was trying to figure it out, the nurses were extremely rude, arrogant, and rushing me. Healthcare starts with communication. If this is the first point of contact for patients, it sets a terrible tone for the entire facility. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because no one seeking emergency care should be treated with such a lack of basic courtesy and compassion.
I have always had a very good experiences coming to this ER, in and out very fast and the staff is great.
