Excellent care and <5minute wait time, sometimes no wait!
Terrible place in caring for patients. My father was transfered there from bristol hospital and upon arrival they had no idea he was coming because whatever nurse there that was supposed to enter the paperwork never did. After 2 strokes, he sat in the waiting room until he had to call mt Sinai himself and walk himself over to a chair. Now its passed dinner time and they still haven't fed him and he is diabetic with low sugar. 1 nurse said they didn't have food for him. Always on time and always focused on how they can help me. Beginning with the receptionist to the physicians, I'm warmly greeted and treated with utmost respect. Dr. Brown is brilliant, has the most up-to-date knowledge and carefully explains what I need to do.
