When Dr. Swarup was here, I was very happy. Since her departure, I was assigned to Dr. Okolo and I was floored at the ineptness of his staff and frankly, disappointed in him as a business man. He might be a great doctor. I really don't know. I've only seen him one time. My issue with his staff is that every time I needed anything, I would have to call 3 or more times to get my issue resolved. IE: When I needed meds, the first time, I had to call 3 times before I got someone to handle it. AND that happened 2 more times. One t... read more
Staff is the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with and the most incompetent if you try to discuss any billing or insurance matters with them. Dr Okolo is great but his staff will keep me from ever returning. They should not be allowed to deal with the public because they are awful.

My Cardiology appointment was AWESOME, on 12/05/2023. From the time that I walked thru the front door until we finished, everyone was sooooo… friendly. Dr. Das and his team were great. I can not say enough how nice and friendly everyone was to me.
I had an AMAZING experience here, my 2nd visit on 11/03/21. Dr. Bomb and his team were kind, awesome, and professional. All of my tests for the day went smoothly & quickly. From the workers at the front desk, to the Nurses in the back---EVERYONE was great. Thank you all for taking care of me. --- L. Haynes
